The 3 peaks row is a world first fitness and endurance event that took place in the summer of 2011. Four guys from Bude in Cornwall, ran, cycled and rowed 480 miles taking on the 3 highest mountains in Britain on route. The guys are trying to raise money for the charities; the RNLI, the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust, the Devon Air Ambulance Trust and the Help for Heroes charity.
